Will the crime apply if the violence/intimidation is made against other than the owner of the land, say, maid or other occupant? thanks

ART 312 - Usurpation or occupation of Real Property or real rights pertains to the ownwership of the property.

In my humble opinion, It is exactly what my Prof used to say , if you will usurp a title it should come from the person who has the right to the title.

SInce the maid is never in titled to the rights in question , then it is logical. The other occupants is another questio that needs to be first qualified! like if the occupant is the successor! or a legitime.
