Any predictions on the questions that they may ask in the coming 2010 bar exams? I guess the appointment of Justice Corona is steaming.

The 2010 Bar exams is unprecedented and does not follow the bar trends of the previous bar exams. It is useless to really predict the questions to come out. The better way is to actually familiarize oneself with those topics which are not often, or has never been, questioned in the previous bar exams along with the usual basic and significant provisions of the law.

I agree, I have read the political and labor law exams and it is evident that indeed the exams is taking the turn in being partially objective. A move that will surely affect the results and passing rate majorly.

The examiners are young and they want to make a new trend.
