Sir/Mam,
Pls favor i need a legal advice about waiver of right,ksi po may kapatid po ang mother ko,and then pumirma po ng isang waiver of rights ang mother ko dun sa binigay sa kanya ng uncle kong document,mlaki po ba ang chance ko mbawi yung properties ng mother ko?kung hindi po alam ng mother ko yung pinirman nyang document(waiver of rights) may laban po ba kmi sa kaso?and valid po ba sa batas ang isang printed signature?
