Due to Marital problems I filed annulment I requested for TIMEOUT from my marriage. However my ex-husband did not allow this but I still managed to leave him.
During the period I left him, he harassed me and my family, stalked me and even threatened our lives.
After 6 months of his harassment realized that we can't be together anymore. I filed annulment and this just made him angrier.

He filed a complain in our barangay. He said that during our marriage I borrowed money from him and this amount has been used to my family. The barangay agrees with him though my family have 2 more meetings with the barangay. He even brought his attorney. This is true, I have used our money for my family. My question are, do I really owe him?

I didn't show up in barangay becuase I left Philippines because me and my family feels my life is threatened and it is danegrous if I'm in the country. In barangay, they said that if I don't show up, my ex-hsband can file a case against my dad. Is this how barangay law works?

My father said that he would rather maintain silent becuase we did not do anything. Please give me some advice.

I think what your husband has are mere empty threats. Judging from the facts you stated here, I cannot find any actionable wrong.
