Hello!
My husband and i decided to get a town house along bacoor cavite,in a well known property.We already gave almost 400thousand in the property.Iam un decided if we are going to loan it thru pag- ibig or bank financial.So unfortunate that our relationship became rocky and did not prioritize the said property.It took almost 1yr.and half for us to reconcile.But when we called up and asking for a recomputation or an interest, any damages we caused for the delay,they told us that we dont have the file anymore,company upgraded a new system.Our file was deleted in the computer.No more black and white copy in their office as well.They told me that it could be forfeited already.I did not receive any form of letter,notice or demand from them that our property/money would be gone.Do we still have the right to continue our future dreams in that property?
