im really glad that finally i found a website where i can get an answer/idea about some legal issues.

i had a bf of more than 3 years.He happens to be a Jordanian, we're separated for the reason that he wants me to abort my baby and he's not willing to take his responsibilities. we're both muslims. Bottomline,is im an expecting mom, what worries me sometimes is that im not really sure on which family name shall i give my baby, is it mine or my ex-bf? and i what case can i file against him to give justice for my baby after his broken promises and harsh treatments over me and my baby.

You can give the baby your family name for sure and the Father's family name if he consents. The decision is all up to you.

You can ask for support if he recognizes paternity over the baby. Too bad you cannot really act on broken promises.
