My parent has an agricultural land covered by the tenancy law. My parent cultivated this land for almost 42 yrs. When father died, the legal representative of the landowner executed an agreement with my mother. Recently, my mother called me up informing me that the representative of the land owner informed her that the landowner want a 100 sq.meter to our agricultural land. Do we have a right to refuse to give the 100 sq meter to the land owner?
