What are the available remedies when 1 is confronted by a warrant of arrest? and is it really possible that 1 can have a warrant of arrest to be issued against anyone whom he/she just despised or hated i mean just like that? does it really make a valid grounds to probable cause that such ground will give way to the issuance of a warrant of arrest? please, clarify me with this matter realistically, outside the classroom scenario.tnx.

A warrant of arrest is issued by a judge upon personally upon determining probable cause through searching questions and answers and not merely because of hate.

I guess if ill be served with a warrant of arrest, I'll have to wait to what the officers will say as they served such warrant...like wait for the Miranda doctrine be completed, and of course i will make sure that the warrant is not a general warrant...hehehhe...that's what i thought if that would happen to me...
