first i receive a summon letter, i don't have someone to ask regarding this, i called the collection agency to ask for installment,they told me to pay an initial payment which is I don't have the capacity to have the required amount, i told them the amount I can only pay to them monthly,they didnt agree.
then after 3 mos, i receive a letter, still, i dont have an attorney,
then after 3 mos again, I receive omnibus motion: a)render judgement under the rules on summary procedure ; b) admit documentary evidence
what will I do? Please help.
