sir! hi i just want to ask if me posibility pa na makuha ng tito ko ung lupa nia d2 sa antipolo here is his case:

1.THE LAND is under in his name registered in NHA
2.homeoners said that the land ownership of my tito is porfeited kc hindi daw cia naghuhulog ng fees..
3.nabili na daw ng isang member or president ung 100sqm na lupa ng tito ko
4.wala na daw cia ryt dun sa lupa ket habulin pa daw..
5.wala pong tct ung lupa grant lang kc wala rights lang po mga lupa d2

merunstructure bahay na nakatayu na dun sa lot bahai or structure un ng tito koh pero perang ginmet ay sa father ko galing papatayo...


my question sir is this.. may pagasa pa ba na mabawe nmen or ni tito ung lupa sa homeowners???
what can we do?? plz help
