May husband po ako at isang anak. ang problema ko po ay mali po ang gender ng husband ko sa kanyang Birth certificate. Sa Tarlac po sya pinanganak. Wala rin po syang copy sa NSO. ANO PO ANG AKING GAGAWIN? SABI NILA KAILANGAN KO DAW PO I FILE SA KORTE? SAN PUNG KORTE? PWEDE PO BA D2 SA MALABON KC D2 N SYA LUMAKI SINCE BIRTH? MORE POWER PO AT SANA MARAMI PA KAYONG MATULUNGAN.THANKS

Your husband has a birth certificate. Correct?
Is that the one issued by the Local Civil Registrar of the municipality/city of Tarlac that he was born in?

If he has one from the LCR, he will have one from the NSO based on the one issued by the LCR.

ERROR IN GENDER:

File a petition under Rule 108 for Correction of Entry with the Regional Trial Court of the province where the corresponding civil registry is located - (where he was born. not where he grew up)

estudyante po ako..balak ko po mag-apply ng ojt abroad pero ung gender ko po sa birth certificate eh MALE instead na FEMALE..ano pong procedure ang dapat ko gawin.?
