please help me with my situation:

I purchased a bike (pedicab) with franchise (line), I have in me the deeds of sale with the signature of the association's president as a witness.

Now, a day after I bought the pedicab someone came to me professing that the pedicab is "nakasangla" pawned, in them.

I don't know if I am the rightful "owner" according to our laws- and what should I do? How about the person claiming they have papers to prove that the unit is "nakasangla" sa kanila?

First of all I would like to ask, at the moment who has the possession of the pedicab?

What papers do they have to prove that the pedicab was mortgaged to them?

Mortgage does not transfer ownership over the property so therefore, because you bought the pedicab, you are the rightful owner.
