ive been working in middle east for 5 years due to my sickness i am not able to go back there and work i have unpaid credits cards which is bothering me now and there is an agency always calling me that if i will not pay the half of it, NBI will pick me up in my home. do they have the right to do it even they didnt pass the procedur in court. I dont have the capacity to pay it coz i am jobless at the moment.Could you please send me an advise
