what is the remedy/other option in case the executive judge who will sign the release order is unavailable?..

the bail was already posted but the release order was not yet signed because executive judge went home due to a vehicular accident involving his car. the judge next to the executive judge was on leave.. it was explained that the release order can only be signed by the executive judge and not any other judge since he was not on leave and that the case was not yet raffled... what are other options/remedy, if there is any?

in my opinion, punta po kayo sa higher authority nung judge (supreme court?) fo rthe release order to have an effect.

di po ko sure
