Siguro naman po familliar kau sa mga Online Games? at syempre kaakibat din ng Online Games ang mga Private server.. itatanong ko lang po kung anong batas ang nilalabag ng mga Private Server operator's?

Hahaha makaka relate ako dito. We once maintained a private server named MuOverkill. It was several years ago and lasted for several months before it was hacked.

Anyway, going back to the question, ang batas na sa tingin ko ay nilalabag ng mga private server operators ay intellectual property law. They are running unauthorized software in their systems and offering it to the public either for free or with a fee.

If i were to assist the situation, i think the operator violates the law which requires license for offering a service to the public for a fee or for a free.
