Pano ba kung ganito yung situation:

A is an American citizen tapos nasa Britain sya. 2 months before, he met B, who is a Filipino, sa Canada. Then, they sort of dated but they did not really hit it off. In fact, their relationship turned sour. B went back to the Philippines after vacationing in Canada. Then, A started to post slanderous stories on B's facebook wall.
What can B do?

BTW: this isn't a hypothetical situation. this happened to my friend's cousin.

nako po, prang style libel ito ah.

kung nanggugulo si A, i think B can file a case here in the Philippines for defamatory,slanderous remarks against her.

pero kung VENUE ang pag-uusapan. kung sa Facebook nangyari, err..
