not married to the father of my child.but he acknowledge our daughter and he signed in the birth certificate.our daughter used his surname.she is now 2 and half years old.her father apply in an agency.has sing a 2 year contract in dubai as servise crew in a mcdo branch there.he left last june ,2011.he told me not to send money anymore to his child.he is earning 11-16 thousand monthly.he send P2,ooo.oo last june.nothing last july.last august P2,500.00.and this sept. P2,000.00.i would like to ask where should inquire for my child support.to his agency,in the DFA or in his main office in U.A.E.?
