On the main page, I came across of a summary of a case: TECHNOGAS PHIL. V. CA 268 SCRA 5. I find the article useful; however, if one had read or had possession of the original, the article will help more readers; particularly, if one finds it necessary to cite a particular portion of that decision. Thus, I tried to locate the original case. I was a bit lucky now, the search gave me with six (6) suggested entries, but it required further surfing. And, I am anticipating that it would be more difficult to search for the original of a digest case, if the result of the search returns with a hundred suggestions - or maybe, more.

If it is not asking to much, is it possible to include the GR Number and date of the digest decisions. The information may help readers who find it necessary to locate and search for the original. Accordingly, they will not have to search any further, which may be about 5 to 10 minutes of surfing.

Thanks and more power!

Note: I was able to get the information for the case and it is as follows:

G.R. No. 108894 February 10, 1997
TECNOGAS PHILS. MANUFACTURING CORP. vs. COURT OF APPEALS, ET AL.

Great suggestion and we appreciate it. Contributors as well as the admin really want to provide everything that would help in our pursuit in studying law. Your suggestion, without a doubt is in that track. As much as possible we (including you) would like to give the most information possible. The problem is in Law Schools usually, teachers cite cases by SCRA and so the students use that as reference and it would consume time (like you said to look for the actual date of decision).

In this matter I would like to appeal to all contributors, and readers as well to supply any information for us to have the most comprehensive law resource we can create. Us developing this site would help primarily, us. Please don't hesitate to share any information. This site is aimed at facilitating the learning for all law learners, students and practitioners alike. LET US PROMOTE THE SITES ADVOCACY THAT KNOWLEDGE IS FREE AND SHOULD BE SHARED, HIGHER KNOWLEDGE IS GAINED THROUGH SHARING.

THANKS!

Thanks for considering my suggestion.

In the advent of the internet, lesser people really go to libraries and search cases using the SCRA. It is much economical and greatly reduces traveling time to just surf the net. In fact, the actual time for traveling to and from a library is more than enough to accomplish a whole day research by just surfing the net. It is really a time saving alternative for me.

Receiving such benefit, I should really compensate. And, for the development of this website, I will surely extend a hand.
