I think it still depends on what are the acts done to bully others. Bullying is such a broad terminology. You can employ different means to bully someone.
It is better I guess if you state specifically the acts done in bullying.
jane doe's right: bullying is a very broad term. What kind of bullying are you being subjected to? Physical or psychological?
Also, the thing with unjust vexation is that it has no fixed definition.
