im bertskie. yes you read it right, its me. As i said in other thread "what brings me here" eh para ma aware sa batas natin and to get new ideas about legal matters. Wala pa kase akong alam about it.

I am ordinary citizen, not law student or practitioner sana oks na oks lang sa iba dito. But dont worry i am willing to learn naman para makapagcontribute rin kahit paano.
