Hello. I wanna know if there is a law regarding Filipinos who work from home and are employed by a foreign company. Or also known as having an online job. Is there?

People who work online are still governed by the Philippine labor code. The location where the employee works is how you determine the law that governs the employees. So, even if the company is incorporated in another country aside from the Philippines, Philippines labor code still governs the workers if they work here.

baka siguro yung "jurisdiction" kung sakaling magkaruon ng aberya between the employer who is in the Philippines and the employer who is working abroad.

so if there's an illegal dismissal made by the foreign employer, can the filipino worker who is working at home online can file a case here with the labor arbiter?

I think it is possible if the jurisdiction over the foreign employer can be had. Like for example if it has an agent here in the Philippines.

I think the more appropriate question with Filipinos who work online is, if there is an employee-employer relationship; if the employer can indeed exercise "power to control".
