I need help with this plssss!

My brother already executed a deed of donation for me and the rest of my sisters on 2008 and without any condition that he issued the deed. After a few weeks I found something in my property that he donated that can give me a big amount of money, after that he told me that I have to give a share to him and the rest of my sisters, if not he will revoke the deed of donation. until now the title is not been devided. He is waiting for my answer if I have to share or he will revoke.
Can he revoke the deed of donation? Im staying in my property for almost 10 years. What are my steps to make an action in favor for me.

Your facts are not clear. If he's donating a house, which is a real property, mere acceptance by you will not suffice, he must put in a public instrument and received by you in a public instrument, doing otherwise will not render it void per se but he can demand it back or have it reimbursed when the requisites are not adhered to.

say for example all requisites are adhered to and you already accepted the donation legally without any stipulations then it cannot be revoked, much more after you already accepted it.
