Art 203 of Family Code requires support payment only upon judicial or extra-judicial demand.

Minor children cannot "technically" invoked father's negligence of sending support should their mothers/guardians failed to ask for it.

Most likely guardians will do their duty to.represent the child, as their guardian, support to the child will be provided by them, unless theyr very rich, its likely.theyl demand from the father..
