Effectivity of Laws
Laws shall take effect after fifteen days following the the completion of the publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation unless it is otherwise provided.
Effectivity date of an ordinary law:
1. The date it is expressly provided to take effect.
2. If no date, 15 days following the completion of the publication
