Cruz donated an apartment and lot in favor of her nieces. She was a childless widow. Thereafter, she adopted a minor and sought to annul the donation.

The donation may not be revoked or reduced if there is no adequate allegation that the legitime would be impaired and if there has been no inventory submitted.
