FACTS:
Pedro executed a deed of donation in favor of Helen. Amazingly, another deed showed up wherein he conveyed the whole property to the same. He donated a portion of his land to a Christian church and then sold another to Eduarte. Pedro claimed that the signature on the second deed was a forgery and he sought to revoke the first donation.
HELD:
All crimes which offend the donor show ingratitude and are causes for revocation.
