  • good afternoon po.hingi po sana ako advice regarding our house w/c has been foreclosed by the gsis. my parents are separated already for almost a decade already.all we know is fully paid napo itong bahay namin since salary deduction po ito from my dad's salary who works in DENR. but sad to say nagkaroon po pala ng stop payment ng ndi namin alam ng mom ko. ang sinasabi pong possible rison is baka daw mula mula ng mag merge ang bureau of land at bureau of forestry at gawin DENR doon po nagkaroon ng problem sa accounting department. dati po kasi s bureau of land ang father ko. sad to say naforeclosed po ang property namin ng ndi namin nalalaman ng mom ko.ung nakakuha po ng bahay namin ay hindi formal na nagpunta dito sa amin upang ako ay kausapin bagkus sa mga kapitbahay namin ipinaalm ang naturang problema. hindi po kame naniniwala sa sabi sabi ng iba dahil marami ang naahente dito sa lugar namin na hindi naman pala totoo. at alam na ng gsis na wala na po dito ang father ko sana ako man lang po ay pinadalhan nila ng proper notice, bilang anak na asa hustong gulang alam ko po na me karapatan naman akong humarap sa kanilang tangapan. ngayon po ay inilalaban ko ang bahay namin umapila ako sa gsis to buy back our property bago mabigyan ng Deed of Conditional Sale ung nakakuha ng bahay namin. pero ako po ay kanilang dineny inspite sa pagkakaroon ko ng endorsement mula sa Malacanang President action center. pilit po akong pinaalis ng nakakuha dito sa bahay namin..27 taon na po akong nakatira dito, dito na ako nagkamalay at lumaki siguro naman po meron akong karapatan na ipaglaban ang bahay namin... sana po ako ay inyong matulungan..maraming salamat po

  • Raissa Villota replied to the topic Re: Post here if you need a lawyer in the forum.
    Hi esteemed lawyers,

    Hoping for insights / suggestions...

Earlier today, we learned that my dad was detained in Caloocan police station for physical injury. Around afternoon, when we called the precinct, they said that my dad was on his way to the fiscal na with the complainant. What happened was, while my dad was jogging on his way home, the kid Junior (illegitimate son of my uncle - dad's side) said something to him that's not really nice. My dad was holding a bunch of malunggay leaves then. Siguro sa sobrang inis nya sa "kabastusan" daw ng bibig nung bata, napukpok nya sa ulo ng malunggay leaves bunch. Junior of course told this to his mom & the mom filed the case. Now, we just learned that previously, nagfile ng case sa DSWD ung mom ni Junior na si Jocelyn against my dad kasi minolestya daw nya ung isang anak nya that has physical disabilities (mute, probably retarded i dont know coz they never had her checked up). That was really way insane. My dad said he did not do it & I believe him. BTW, we're not living w/ him na since my parents separated. So, my question is, what should we expect from the fiscal? Do we have a case? How do we proceed? Do we need a lawyer at this time? I'll be meeting with my dad later on 9ish when he comes back from the fiscal. If my dad's really innocent, what can we file against Jocelyn? Thanks in advance for your help. It's very much appreciated.

The SK, through the SK Chairman purchased cellphone units to be given to the SK Kagawads. However, when 3 Kagawads were to claim the cellphone units, they found out that the units have been released and that their signatures have been forged? What can we do?

  • Andrew Ambrosio created a new topic Question about Income Tax in the forum.
My friend has a problem on their office, it is about their team's income.

    Scenario:

The company got a 6 month contract, and by this, they offered specific people that is working on the new project a significant increase (lets say 5000 to 10000).

However, worst case scenario, the contract ended and there is no further more continued project, the company wants the salary of the above people, to be returned to the previous amount, before the project starts.

    Question:

    1. Is this allowed on our legislation?
    2. If its not, is there a way to make this possible? Can the company do it or not? Legally.

Also, is company allowance to a employee taxable?

    Thanks! God bless!
