WHAT ARE THE MANDATORY AWARDS IN CASE OF RAPE CASES?
In rape cases, a civil indemnity of P50000 is mandatory An award of moral damages is also mandatory without need of pleading or proof.
If it is qualified rape, the mandatory civil indemnity is P75,000
