WHO IS THE OFFENDED PARTY?

> Person actually injured or whose feeling is offended
> One to whom the offender is also civilly liable under Article 100 of the RPC

IF  THE  OFFENDED  PARTY  DIES  BEFORE  HE  IS  ABLE  TO  FILE  A COMPLAINT, CAN HIS HEIRS FILE IT IN HIS BEHALF?

> No, the right to file a criminal action is personal and abates upon the  death  of  the  offended  party.    It  is  not  transmissible  to  his heirs.
> This pertains to private crimes, compared to public crimes
