CAN AN ACCUSED POST BAIL EVEN IF HE HAS NOT BEEN FORMALLY CHARGED IN COURT?
> Yes as long as the accused is under custody of the law
CAN MILITARY MEN POST BAIL?
> No, even if the offense is punishable with prison correctional, military men are not granted bail. They have access to arms which make them a danger to society. The equal protection clause is not violated since they are of a different class with a substantial difference from civilians.
